Leonie Clements is a Mothercraft Nurse & IBCLC supporting you in your own home.

Specialising in Breastfeeding & bottle feeding dyads (including formula), settling/sleep issues (newborn to 12 months).

Services include:

  • Positioning & Attachment issues

  • Assessment of oral function, dysfunction, rehabilitation

  • Tongue tie -Suck Assessment, Referral, baby friendly pre and post care and support

  • Delayed lactation/low supply or over supply 

  • Blocked ducts, mastitis, thrush 

  • Bottle feeding

  • Weaning and re-lactation advice

  • Antenatal consultations

Leonie offers appointments in your home on Mondays and Tuesdays at 9:30am or 12noon, servicing areas as per the map below. A travel fee would be applicable outside of these service areas - please email for details.

Initial Consultation

Home Consultation - 2 hrs @ $250

Includes:

  • a detailed history of you and your baby

  • observation and assessment of a feed, oral/suck functional assessment as clinically indicated

  • development of a care plan based on the individual needs of you and your baby.

  • Includes 10 days of support via Circle App

Virtual Consultations upon request.

Follow Up Consultation

Home Consultation - 1 hr @ $200

Includes:

  • Reassessment of your needs and those of your baby.

  • Confidence building and support given as you move towards reaching your goals.

  • Further functional assessment of suck and swallow.

  • Reassessment of the care plan and adjustments made as appropriate.

  • Includes 10 days of support via Circle App

Antenatal Consultation (Before birth)

Home Consultation - 1 hr @ $200

  • This covers all you need to know about breastfeeding and normal newborn behaviour.

  • Help to start you off on the right foot so you feel confident and calm bringing your new baby home whether it is your first, second or fourth baby.

  • Includes support via Circle App until birth of baby
